About Xterior Power Clean

Our story

Xterior Power Clean is owned and run by Justin and Sharna — a husband-and-wife team, and a genuinely local Sunshine Coast family business. We didn't start this chasing a gap in the market. We started it to build something of our own — something hands-on and honest, done properly, that we could be proud of. It's about more than the business itself: it's about showing our kids what it looks like to work hard, build something real, and back yourself.

Justin is on the tools every day, and his background is in the building industry — which matters more than it sounds. He knows how render, painted surfaces, Colorbond, tile, timber and concrete each behave, and what pressure and chemicals they can and can't take. That's the difference between a clean that lasts and a clean that damages the surface. Justin's also usually the one who picks up the phone, so when you call, you're talking directly to the person who'll be on your job.

Sharna runs the operations side of the business — quoting, scheduling and the logistics that keep every job running on time. She makes sure the right gear, the right day and the right details all line up before Justin and the team arrive, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Big jobs or small, we're set up for it

We do it all — and we've got the gear to back it up. A car and trailer kitted out for a single house wash or driveway, right through to the commercial truck and gutter vacuum system for a full site clean or a multi-storey complex. Whatever the size of the job, we can cater to it.

A small team, on purpose

We've kept the business small and tight-knit deliberately. The person who quotes your job is on site while it's done. You get consistency, accountability and someone who cares whether you'd recommend us — because word of mouth is how we grow.
