Overview
A clean building exterior protects the asset and the tenant experience — and for strata and retail, it's often a compliance and presentation obligation as well. We handle it all in-house: high-pressure hardstand cleaning, facade soft washing, gutter vacuuming and roof work at height, graffiti and gum removal, and builders' cleans.
Every job comes with documentation done properly — quote, SWMS, certificates of currency, inductions and any site-specific requirements — before we set foot on site.

Gutter vacuuming and roof cleaning at height, with the right access equipment and controls.

Graffiti removal and chewing-gum removal from footpaths, entries and awnings.
Builders' Cleans
Internal and external pre-handover cleans for new builds and refurbishments.

Can you provide insurances and SWMS?
Yes — $20M public liability, workers compensation, and a job-specific SWMS supplied before we start. We complete site inductions as required.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. After hours, weekends and overnight are normal for us on commercial and retail sites.
Do you do regular maintenance contracts?
Yes — for strata, retail and facilities, a quarterly, biannual or annual program is usually the best value and keeps things consistent.
Do you travel outside the Sunshine Coast?
Yes — we regularly work Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Gympie and the Wide Bay for commercial jobs.
