Concrete Restoration & Sealing
Cleaning concrete is step one — sealing keeps it that way. We restore driveways, paths and patios then apply a sealer that resists oil, stains, moss and fading, and makes every future clean easy.
Overview
Unsealed concrete and pavers are porous. They soak up oil, drink in moss and algae through the surface, and the colour fades and blotches over time. A clean brings it back for a while — sealing locks the result in.
We match the sealer to the surface: a penetrating sealer that soaks in and leaves a natural finish, or a topical sealer that adds sheen and richens the colour. Exposed aggregate, stamped concrete, plain concrete and pavers can all be sealed, with an anti-slip additive where you want it.

How we do it
Our process
Clean & strip

Dry out
Concrete needs 24–48 hours dry before sealing — we watch the weather.
Repair
Patch cracks or spalling and top up paver joint sand if needed.
Seal
Two coats of the right sealer, rolled or sprayed evenly.
Cure
Foot traffic usually next day, vehicles after 2–3 days.
Concrete restoration — years of grime and shadow staining removed.
Good to know
Is sealing worth it?
On exposed aggregate and pavers, definitely — it deepens the colour, stops weeds and mould through the joints, and cuts the cost of every future clean. Re-seal every 2–4 years depending on traffic and sun.
Pricing. Cleaning plus sealing is generally $8–$15 per m² depending on the surface and sealer. Free quote.
FAQ
Common questions
Penetrating or topical sealer — which?
Penetrating for a natural look and grip; topical for sheen and richer colour. We'll recommend based on your surface.
How long before I can drive on it?
Foot traffic next day, vehicles after 2–3 days.
Will sealer make it slippery?
It can add slight sheen — we add an anti-slip additive for driveways, ramps and pool surrounds.
How often do I need to re-seal?
Every 2–4 years for most driveways. We'll tell you when it's due.
