Overview
A house wash is the fastest, cheapest way to lift your home's appearance — and it protects your biggest asset. Mould, lichen and algae hold moisture against render and paint; over the years that leads to staining, flaking and premature repainting.
We use the soft wash method: low-pressure water combined with a biodegradable cleaning solution that kills the growth at the root, so the result lasts far longer than a quick pressure blast. It's safe for render, painted surfaces, fibre-cement cladding, Colorbond and timber.

Hand-detail stubborn spots and do a final walk-through with you before we pack up.

Why soft wash, not pressure
High pressure can etch render, strip paint and force water behind cladding and into window seals. Soft washing removes the growth chemically and rinses gently — it's safer and the finish stays clean 30–50% longer.
Genuine hard surfaces like concrete driveways and some brickwork can take more pressure, and we adjust the approach for each surface on the day.
Pricing. Most single-storey homes are $300–$550. Larger or double-storey homes are $550–$800+. Every quote is fixed and free — bundling the roof or driveway usually works out cheaper.
FAQ
Common questions
How often should I wash my house?
Most Sunshine Coast homes benefit every 12–24 months. Homes that are shaded, near bushland or close to the coast usually need it sooner.
Will it damage my plants?
No. We pre-wet gardens and lawn, and use biodegradable products at safe dilutions. If you have anything delicate, tell us and we'll take extra care.
Can you do the roof at the same time?
Yes — and combining a roof wash with a house wash almost always works out cheaper than booking them separately.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have access and can reach a tap and power. We'll send before/after photos and the invoice afterwards.
