Overview
Industrial sites build up a different kind of grime — diesel and oil on the hardstand, algae streaking down metal cladding, rubber and tyre marks in the loading dock, dust and exhaust film on awnings. None of it responds to a standard house-wash approach; it needs degreasers, higher flow rates and equipment built for scale, not a weekend pressure washer.
We work across the Coast's industrial precincts — Kunda Park, Caloundra West, the Maroochydore and Kawana business parks, and the smaller light-industrial estates through Noosa, Coolum and Nambour. Multi-tenancy sites are common out here, which means coordinating access and timing with several businesses on one property, not just one.
We're set up for the scale: commercial pumps and surface cleaners, elevated work platform access for cladding and roofs, and bunded runoff management so wash-water is captured and disposed of to trade-waste requirements rather than running into stormwater.

Commercial-grade equipment, EWP access, and proper wash-water containment. We work after hours and during shutdowns so production isn't affected, and we can set up an ongoing program for estates and facilities rather than a one-off call every time it gets noticeably dirty.
For multi-tenancy industrial estates we can quote the whole property — shared driveways, forecourts and common walls — alongside individual tenancy frontages, which usually works out cheaper per business than each tenant booking separately.
