Exterior Cleaning in Doonan

Doonan

Doonan is acreage lifestyle country — horse studs, boutique wedding venues and architecturally designed homes set on larger blocks against the rainforest-edge hills between Eumundi and Noosa. Properties here tend to be premium: feature render, extensive glass, timber cladding and high-end finishes that need a soft-wash approach rather than high pressure to protect the investment.

The rainforest and bushland edge means heavier humidity and tree cover than the coastal suburbs, so mould and lichen build up fast on shaded walls, fences and driveways. Long sealed or gravel driveways, stables, machinery sheds and pool areas round out a typical Doonan property — more surface area to maintain than a standard suburban block.

We quote the whole property together where that makes sense — house, driveway, shed and pool surrounds in one visit.
