Exterior Cleaning in Pelican Waters

Pelican Waters

Pelican Waters grew up around its canal network and golf course, close to Caloundra and the Pumicestone Passage. Most blocks here are newer builds with modern render, large glass frontages and, on the waterfront streets, a private pontoon out the back — which means constant salt and water exposure on top of the usual Sunshine Coast humidity.

Because so much of the estate is relatively new, the finishes tend to be premium: feature render, large format tiles, glass balustrades and resort-style pool areas. These need the right method, not just high pressure, to keep warranties intact and surfaces looking as sharp as the day they were finished.

For the waterfront blocks, we regularly quote the house and the jetty or pontoon together — it's an easy way to keep the whole property looking consistent.
